All Royal Palate Foods’ dairy products are kosher and cholov yisroel. We operate a separte psckaging operation that is kosher and Dairy and not CholovYisroelunder the nqme US kosher kitchen   CHolov YIsroel  means that there is a rabbinic supervisor from the time cows are milked, through separation, pasteurization and production of your finished dairy product. When dairy products are merely kosher, it has been assumed that the raw milk delivered to the dairy really came from cows. Centuries ago in Europe, cows milk was adulterated with sow’s milk between the farm and dairy. Since no government agency can provide 100% supervision, our rabbis feel the kashrus of our products are their personal responsibility which can not be delegated to the random checks of the State and Federal Milk Inspectors.
