  We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions in order to meet your specified delivery requirements.  If you have ordered Wheat-Free, Gluten-Free foods we will only substitute other Wheat-Free, Gluten-Free Foods.  Occasionally, it is impossible to meet your delivery requirements, even though you get a confirmation from the website that it has processed your order. In that unlikely event, we will do our best to contact you via the telephone number and email address you provided when you ordered.
